Privacy Policy & Terms of Use · Maylin Bloom Solutions Inc
Expense Pop stores all of your data — expenses, categories, subscription records, tax settings, notes, and receipt photos — locally on your device using iOS secure storage. Nothing is ever transmitted to a server, the cloud, or any third party. Maylin Bloom Solutions Inc has no access to your data at any time.
We do not collect, store, or process any of the following:
When you choose to attach a receipt, the photo is copied into the app's private storage folder on your device. It is never uploaded or shared. If you delete the app, these photos are permanently removed with it. We recommend keeping a backup in your camera roll.
Camera: Requested only when you tap the camera button to capture a receipt. Never used in the background.
Photo Library: Requested only when you choose to pick an existing photo as a receipt. Never accessed without your direct action.
Notifications: Requested only if you enable the "Remind me" toggle on a subscription. Used solely to send you a local reminder one day before a renewal date. No notification data leaves your device.
Expense Pop does not require you to create an account or sign in. There is no login, no registration, and no user profile associated with your use of the app.
We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or data-sharing services. The only third party involved in delivering the app is Apple, through the App Store — Apple's own privacy policy governs their data practices (see apple.com/privacy).
If you purchase a subscription through the app, that transaction is processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive, store, or handle your payment card details. For billing inquiries, contact Apple Support at support.apple.com.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
